School admission

so here comes the testing times....
me and my wife have been going through real good tension for the nursery admission of our son Anmol and our mission today is to get him admission in one of the good schools in Noida. we have already been through the first round of interaction at the Amity school in sector-44. the forms for the Apeejay school and Sommerville school have been submitted. more forms to be taken are from the bal bharti school and millenium school.
some times this makes me wonder as to how lucky were our parents who got admissions for us in the KVs without any difficulty.
again preparing the kid for the interview seems like struggling to get an olympic gold. i don't understand why the law is so helpless when it comes to reining the education system in the country.

can anyone help me find the answer?????
